The College of Nursing Bookstore on the Mansfield campus will be closed today, November 8, 2011. Please call the Main campus store at 419-289-5336 with questions or if you are in need of any assistance.

 Refunds or Exchanges:

Textbooks: 
Textbooks are returnable for a full refund five calendar days from the start of the term accompanied with a valid sales receipt and they must be in saleable condition. Textbooks are nonrefundable when: 
     A.) Bought during finals 
     B.) Without a receipt
     C.) Shrink wraps & packages are not returnable when opened. 
New books returned in substandard condition are refunded as a used book less 25%, when accompanied by a valid sales receipt.

General Reading Books, Clothing, Software, & Supplies: 
Are returnable five calendar days from the date of purchase with a valid receipt, substandard merchandise will not be accepted for a refund. Items that are shrink wrapped or in a sealed package must be unopened. All sales merchandise is nonrefundable.

Selling Your Books Back: 
Some textbooks may have a resale value. If you are interested in selling your books back or just want to see what they are worth, you may come into the Main or Columbus Center Bookstore with your textbook or you may go to our on-line site at www.ashlandbookstore.com and click on the Sell Your Books Online icon
. All books having a resale value will be bought back as used. Half-price buyback at the END of every major term is on needed titles
only.
